THE POSITION Lead, direct and manage internal projects and packages of work across multiple service lines. Ensure all work packages and projects meet regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including infection control, workplace safety, and environmental standards. Develop workflow to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality support services. Respond to feedback from patients, staff, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Provide support and guidance to project team members and stakeholders to ensure that they have the necessary resources and information in relation to completion and acceptance works. Ensure support to all patient services in a manner that prioritises patient comfort and satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the seamless delivery of services across the hospital. Develop and manage budgets for each initiative, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality. Conduct specific reviews to maintain compliance and address any gaps promptly. THE PERSON A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, facilities management, or a related field is preferred but not essential for a manger with a proven track record. Proven experience in managing multiple non-clinical support services in a healthcare or similar environment. Demonstrated understanding of hospital operations and patient-centred care principles. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams. Strong knowledge of hospital support services. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address challenges and implement effective solutions. Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and demands in a dynamic hospital environment.
